Brewing Guide

In this first blog we will cover two coffees from our offering & how we brew them .

To begin, we’ll start with our Brazil which is a natural coffee which we purchased via ositos. This coffee gives us all the right notes of milk chocolate, nuts & a full body that you’d expect.

For our espresso brewing on this coffee we are using the following

  • 18 grams coffee

  • 38-40 grams yield

  • Temperature 94c

  • Time - 25-28 seconds

Our next coffee is slightly different, a washed coffee from Colombia which reminds us of caramel & green apples.

For our brewing on this coffee we use

• 17 - 17.5 grams coffee

• 38-42 grams yield ( this will depend on taste preference)

• 28 - 32 seconds

• tempature 95c
